About me

Growing up I worked as an educator, coordinated volunteering activities, and naturally found myself by other people's side in important moments. Not because I was looking for a role — but because listening and supporting others simply comes naturally to me.

I carried this attitude everywhere, including the workplace, where I quickly became a point of reference for my team. And that's where I asked myself: why not turn all of this into a real profession?

I am Italian, and I have been living in Belgium for years: a move that taught me what it means to start over, adapt, and stay standing when the ground shifts beneath you. I studied Management Engineering: I am a concrete, organised person who doesn't like to stay in the vague. And at the same time, for years I have been nurturing my personal growth with depth and curiosity.

In 2025 I obtained my coaching diploma at Kingstown College in Ireland - finally bringing together everything that I am.

    • The programme consists of 6 individual sessions of approximately 60 minutes each.

    • Sessions are scheduled every two to three weeks.

    • The space between sessions is essential: that is where the real work happens.

    • The programme includes an initial discovery call and the definition of a clear goal with measurable results.

    • Sessions can take place online (Google Meet) for anyone based anywhere in the world or in Italy.

    • For those based in Belgium, sessions can also be held in person.

  • Sessions are available in Italian or in English.

    • The total cost for the full programme of 6 sessions is €120.

    • I offer the complete programme at this special price because I am in an active training phase and I want to build concrete experience with real people and real goals.

    • Before starting any programme, I ask you to book a free 30-minute discovery call.

    • During the call we will talk about where you are, where you want to go, and whether I can be the right person to guide you, with no commitment or pressure.

    • My goal is not to make you dependent on me forever.

    • I want you to finish the 6-session programme with the tools, the clarity and the confidence you need to move forward on your own.

  • Coaching requires you to put into practice what you discover about yourself in the small daily decisions.
